1. Montford Parish Council Meetings are held in Montford Parish Hall on the
THIRD TUESDAY of every month EXCEPT AUGUST AND DECEMBER.

2. Montford Parish Council at present holds TEN ROUTINE MEETINGS each year.
Our Routine Meetings normally START at 7.30pm and END round about 9.00pm.

3. The OPEN FORUM is held before the start of each Meeting at 7.30pm to receive
any representations, questions, requests or suggestions from members of the public.

4. * The ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 2010 will start at 8.00pm in the Parish Hall.

5. Montford Parishioners are always welcome at the PARISH OFFICE at any time the Clerk is at home on any day including weekends and holidays to ask for assistance or to inspect or copy any Parish Records: audits, accounts, minutes, interests register etc.

6. Parish Councils can only act on Items which are specified on the Agenda so to put your item on the agenda contact any Parish Councillor or contact the Clerk direct:-
