Cemetery charges

Oswestry Rural Parish Council maintains and manages 4 cemeteries within the Parish

Closed cemeteries at Nantmawr,Trefonen ( on the cross) and Chapel Lane, Trefonen and the open cemetery at Trefarclawdd.

Charges for burials in graves and the Garden of Remembrance at Trefarclawdd Cemetery are as stated below.

There are two charges quoted. The first is for electors within the Parish and double the fee for anyone living outside the Parish.

INTERMENTS
First Interment with grave plot	£200 (£400)
Subsequent Interment ( Re-opening) - Admin Fee	£25 (£50)
For the Interment of cremated remains in a grave	£75 ( £150)
Introduction of a headstone to a grave	£60 (£120)
Garden of Remembrance
Purchase of plot, introduction of casket and tablet	£125 (£250)
