Repairs Satisfaction Survey - Your input is required

As a result of the recent Repairs Service Review Group, an amended satisfaction survey has been produced.

It isn't one that we are analysing just yet. We are asking your opinion of it. Please have a look at the survey - you can even test it if you like (but you'll have to make up a number as a reference number to be able to continue), but we're more concerned with what you think of the survey. If you can think of any questions we ought to be asking, please send us your suggestions.
