Grants from Bayston Hill Parish Council

Bayston Hill Parish Council is an active supporter of the community and the organisations in the village.  If your group or organisation has a particular project which would benefit some, or all of the people of Bayston Hill we may be able to help with some funding under the grant scheme operated by the Council.

Who may apply?

Any Charity, Voluntary Group or Community Organisaiton operating within the Parish of Bayston Hill, but cannot be awarded to individuals.

When to apply

In March of each year there will be an item in 'The Villager' magazine advising organisations that grants are available and their completed application form must be with the Clerk by the 30 April to be considered at the next Full Council Meeting after the Annual Parish Meeting which usually falls in June.

Conditions of Grant

The grant must be used for the purpose for which the application was made and written proof to the Council must be made within one year of the grant being awarded.
