Help the environment and you health by using alternatives to your usual cleaning produces ,use either Biodegradable or Vinegar or Bicarb  there are lots of web sites to look at .

The amount of packaging by using your own shopping bags ,Buy in Bulk ,Shop at local markets and local small shops

At the council tip ,big stores have recycling bins and at the Co-op you can use FREECYCLE for  things that others may want ,or take them to a CHARITY SHOP .
