North Shropshire Cricket Forum

North Shropshire Cricket Forum was established in May 2000.

The forum consists of representatives from local cricket clubs, local education authority, local authority, National Governing Bodies and individuals with experience and knowledge of cricket.

The forums main aims and objectives are

• To audit, monitor and evaluate the position of cricket locally, regionally and nationally to highlight ways to enhance and identify areas for development.
• To strategically co-ordinate cricket development in North Shropshire.
• To co-ordinate coaching and competitiveness opportunities in cricket
• To increase the number and quality of coaches
• To promote cricket opportunities both in terms of activity and funding.
• To provide all its services in a way that it is fair to everyone.
• To ensure that all present and future members receive fair and equal treatment
